My Lords, I thought I had no speech; that would have been terrible. In moving my amendment, I thank the noble Baronesses, Lady Kidron and Lady Harding of Winscombe, and the noble Lord, Lord Russell of Liverpool, for their support. I shall speak also to Amendments 94, 135 and 196. Additional safeguards are required for the protection of children’s data. This amendment “seeks to exclude children from the new provisions on purpose limitation for further processing under Article 8A”.
