I am pleased to say that the amendments made in your Lordships’ House to strengthen the Bill’s provisions were accepted in another place. His Majesty’s Government presented a number of amendments in lieu of changes proposed by noble Lords, which are before your Lordships today. I am grateful to my noble friend Lady Morgan of Cotes for her continued engagement on the issue of small but high-risk platforms.
