Review pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree No. 208 of 8 November 2021, concerning the transfer, in favour of De Agostini S.p.a., of the authorization to provide audiovisual media services using digital terrestrial technology and of the associated LCN position 47 By this measure, the Authority resolved not to initiate the investigation referred to in Article 5 of the Regulation adopted by Resolution No. 265/22/CONS of 19 July 2022.
