Delete your Vellum Search account

Vellum Search is a product of Vellum AI Group Ltd. Any signed-in user can delete their account and the data associated with it. This page describes how, and what deletion removes.

Delete from inside the app or website

1. Sign in to Vellum Search (the app, or search.vellumintel.com/app/).
2. Open Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

You can also manage your sign-in identity from the account profile surface (“Manage sign-in”), which offers the same account deletion.

What deletion removes

Deletion is immediate on request and removes, for your account:

• your sign-in identity, and all personal data held on the account record — the emptied record is retained only to prevent misuse of deleted accounts;
• saved items — saved searches and pinned records;
• follows and feed preferences;
• alert subscriptions and notification settings;
• device registrations (web push and mobile push);
• API keys, share links and usage counters.

If any step cannot complete straight away, the account is disabled immediately and the remaining deletion continues automatically.

What is retained

Statutory payment and invoicing records remain with the payment provider for the period required by law. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask for the account to be deleted. We verify the request against that address before acting on it.
